Message Joe helped me sort out the last little issue with my TT swap.
The car is now officially a ROCKET! Thanks to Joe and David for all the help and moral support.
While I am on the subject of Joe's help. Let me plug his DXD clutch. I am using his DXD-FX "X" series clutch kit. It is an amazing unit. I cannot imagine anyone having any complaints. Great pedal feel and super grip. I used my N/A flywheel so no drilling was required and it is a slight bit lighter than the TT unit.
Z1 Supplied the GT525s and worked hard to get them shipped over the 4th to meet my schedule so I could complete the swap while I was on vacation. The 525s are awsome units. With the N/A gears and flywheel and the Megan Split DPs/test pipes the 525s come online right about 3000RPM and with stock wastegate settings pull hard all the way to 10 psi. Z1 states that with proper exhaust, injectors and fuel pump they are capable of 530RWHP.

We monitored the vitals with Joe's Consult unit to be sure the N/A pump and stock injectors were working with the GT525 turbos. At the stock 10PSI of boost it looks like I have enough to spare to handle boost jets to 15PSI. I will be experimenting tomorrow :-)

For those contemplating the swap... It cost me close to $7000 for the clip, clutch, 60K kit, GT525 turbos and various other small bits and pieces. I can highly recommend Noyan as a supplier of good quality clips and good support along the way. Folks like Joe and Bernie (supplied the new OEM ECU harness) and the others here on TT.net are more valuable than any other single part of the swap.

Everyone asks, "Are you happy with the swap?" YES!
"Would you do it again?" YES!
